Signing up for Reach & Respond is simple and we have different packages to suit everyone’s needs. We will provide your family member with a pendant to wear around their neck or on their wrist, and this connects to a lifeline arm unit which will be set up in their home by one of our friendly technicians.
Pressing the pendant will immediately trigger a call to our 24/7 control centre who will dispatch assistance based on your family members’ needs. Even if they can’t speak, our team will know who they are and where they are thanks to our innovative technology.
We also have add-on services that can support your loved ones including:
Telecare: Telecare uses sensors to monitor your family member’s activity levels to detect events in the home, such as falls. If your family member falls, the Reach & Respond team will be alerted automatically and send help if necessary
Reassurance calls and visits: We can arrange for a responder to call or visit your family member regularly to check on them and offer reassurance.
